Kambio is a forward-thinking, warranty-approved mobile auto service provider bringing routine car maintenance directly to customers’ locations. Their offerings include air filter replacements, tire rotations, seasonal tire storage, and oil changes. By leveraging a mobile app to deliver vehicle care at customers’ doorsteps, Kambio set out to modernize the automotive service industry with a focus on convenience, quality, and reliability.
Our role was to design and develop their mobile application while also enhancing their SEO to strengthen online visibility.
Our design strategy focused on developing a simple, user-friendly interface that allowed customers to easily browse services and make appointments. We placed a strong emphasis on easy navigation, interactive graphics, and a smooth booking process to balance functionality for both clients and service providers.
To maintain a modern, polished appearance, the app design used a green and white color scheme that mirrored Kambio's logo. Customers could easily schedule maintenance, check service history, and provide feedback in this visually appealing setting thanks to the current design.
The goal of the development phase was to guarantee robust performance and seamless functionality. To reduce delays and increase operational efficiency, we developed a real-time scheduling system to match repair requests with technician availability.
Features included integrated secure payment methods for dependable transactions, GPS monitoring of technicians for transparency, and easy-to-use navigation for managing reservations and reviews. Iterations and continuous testing were used to remove problems and provide a dependable, seamless user experience.
To boost Kambio’s digital presence, we rolled out a comprehensive SEO strategy. Creating new, optimized service pages, reorganizing old ones, and coordinating all content with the brand's identity were all part of this. To engage audiences and establish credibility, we enhanced on-page content, optimized keywords, and provided growth support through a continuous blog approach.
The goals of off-page initiatives were to improve search ranks, build domain authority, and obtain high-quality backlinks. Additionally, Kambio was able to engage with local customers looking for mobile auto services by enhancing their Google My Business profile and emphasizing customer evaluations as part of their local SEO optimization.
