Requirements
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design
- Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Figma or any relevant tool.
- Excellent visual design skills.
- Creative and open to new ideas.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Good understanding of interaction design fundamentals;
- Experience in both quantitative and qualitative research;
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Ability to understand the problem, user pain points, and user needs;
- Ability to understand data and use it effectively in the design process.
